San Carlos Transit Village

San Carlos Transit Village was approved by the City Council in late 2013 and will include 203 multi-family rental units to be constructed in six three-story buildings. In addition, the project will include two two-story commercial buildings located north and south of the historic train depot with 25,800 square feet of new commercial space. Construction will start in 2016.
